Alex Borgelt is serving in the office of Senator Bob Casey (D-PA). Alexander Borgelt joins the NSWG fellowship program after completing his master’s degree in public policy at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Prior to enrolling at SAIS, Alex spent six years in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and Intelligence Officer, having previously served in the Federal Bureau of Investigation in field operations and intelligence analysis for four years. He completed his undergraduate degree at The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, earning a BA in Asian Studies
