Hannah Lloyd-Barker works as a program manager for the Nuclear Security Working Group. She has worked for the Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration, the Department of Defense, the Senate Armed Services Committee, and the House of Representatives. She is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Master’s Degree in Security Studies, specializing in International Nuclear Security.

Hannah Lloyd-Barker works as a program manager for the Nuclear Security Working Group. She is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Master’s Degree in Security Studies, specializing in International Nuclear Security. Hannah attended Washington University in St Louis, graduating in 2009, with a Major Degree in African and African American Studies, as well as a Minor degree in Anthropology. She then worked for Congressman Russ Carnahan in 2009. Following her internship, she began work for the Senate Armed Services Committee, becoming the Staff Assistant for the Strategic Forces Subcommittee. Hannah attended Georgetown University, where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Security Studies, with a specialization in International Nuclear Security. During her time at Georgetown University, Hannah worked as an intern for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (Under Secretary of Defense-Policy), under the Office of Global Strategic Affairs. Hannah was admitted into the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory’s Graduate Fellowship Program, and worked for the National Nuclear Security Administration, under multiple offices, primarily focused on nonproliferation, nuclear material security, and security training with partnering countries.
